Anchal Singh Thakur
Bio
I am a hardworking, passionate, and dedicated Ph.D. student at ICER, IISc. My research interests are the application of power electronics to Power quality improvement in distribution system, Photovoltaics, Microgrids, and Embedded Systems. Apart from this, I have a special interest in e-waste management. I aspire to promote and support the design and manufacturing of all the electrical equipment from the transmission level to the simple front-end converters being currently imported from other countries. Apart from that, I want to contribute to our education system, inspire and mentor the youth, and contribute to society in all possible ways. I seek happiness in helping people and have accepted it as the purpose of my life.
