Events at SGSITS | 2012 - 2016

EFFICYCLE

In my 1st year of Engineering, after clearing the test and the interview, I was selected as one of the 10 members for the EFFICYCLE team. I was given the responsibility of the electrical drive for the vehicle. From the design to procurement to manufacturing we did everything and participated in the event held at Chandigarh. Being an all girls team we had a lot of challenges apart from the normal challenges but in spite of all the odds we gave a good competition to the fellow participants. This event made me very strong and resilient. Along with that, after this event I was more curious than ever. I got a new way of looking at things and the driving force to have hands on experience with new technologies.

College Techfest

We the members of SGSITS Robotics Club hosted three events for the college fest. I volunteered for the event and was involved from the sponsorship to the event planning and execution. It was a great experience to witness different robo designs from all over Madhya Pradesh.

GRAFFITTI

This was a college event conducted by the Art club. It was a wall painting competition. We made the wall painting shown in the right picture and won consolation prize for the same. We painted for straight 36 hours and made it to the Limca Book of Records.
